Summary job description: Student fellows serve as consultants, providing feedback about faculty plans for implementing classroom interventions to increase student success. Fellows also administer surveys and lead campus panel discussions and forums to raise awareness of the student experience.
Suggested experience: No previous work experience required. Must have good communications, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Must be team and results oriented. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
