February 1, 2024 – The Saints extended their unblemished record yesterday. They hosted the TNXL Academy Ducks in what turned out to be a thrilling battle.
The Saints led the game until a sixth-inning push by the Ducks. With their perfect record in jeopardy, the Saints pushed back in the seventh, forcing the game into extra innings. It took 11 innings, but the Saints overcame TNXL Academy 9-8.
On Friday, Feb. 2, the Saints will face South Georgia State College in a doubleheader at the SF Baseball Field, with games scheduled for noon and 2 p.m.
