February 1, 2024 – On Wednesday, the Saints hosted the Miami Dade College Sharks. It marked the second encounter between the two teams this season. Last time, the Saints emerged victorious. Would the past repeat itself?
The Sharks came to the SF Gym looking for prey. The Saints repelled the visiting team for as long as they could, but the Sharks did not relent, eventually winning 87-71.
“As a team, the only thing that is holding us back is consistency,” Saints Head Coach Russ Jackson said. “We need to become that on the defensive end of the floor.”
The Saints now have three road games before returning home:
- Indian River State College: Feb. 3
- Daytona State College: Feb. 10
- Eastern Florida State College: Feb. 13
