April 5, 2024 – Yesterday, the Santa Fe Saints hosted the Florida Southwestern State Buccaneers at Harry Tholen Field. It was the first game in a three-game series that will continue this weekend.
Both teams brought their bats, scoring in nearly every inning. The Buccaneers started to pull ahead in the fifth inning. The Saints added two runs to their score in the eighth inning but couldn’t catch up. The Buccaneers won 16-10.
The 22-16 Saints visit Florida Southwestern State College this Saturday to finish the series.
