April 11, 2024 – Santa Fe College has qualified as an Unreal Academic Partner. Joining this program means our students get better software tools for their courses. It also opens opportunities for collaboration on projects and provides extra resources for their studies. Our goal is to prepare students for careers in interactive 3D technologies by giving them access to industry-standard tools and experiences.
The Unreal Engine is a real-time 3D creation tool. Developed by Epic Games, the Unreal Engine is used in top games worldwide and is also popular in industries like film, TV, live events, architecture, automotive and simulation.
