Planning an Event This Summer? Facilities Services is Ready for You!

May 14, 2024 – Santa Fe College facilities are intended primarily for educational purposes and for the benefit of the students. However, the College may allow for the temporary use of its facilities to outside users when there is no conflict with scheduled College events, functions, or business and in accordance with College rules, procedures, and policies.

If you or your group plan to utilize SF’s facilities, please submit an online Use of Facilities Reservation Request Form and Agreement at least 20 business days before your event. The Fine Arts Hall or Lyceum can be reserved using their respective online request forms.

For routine college activities scheduled outside normal business hours (e.g., business meetings, classes, labs), submit a Facilities Work Request.
