June 6, 2024 – Did you know that Santa Fe College students interested in liberal arts and sciences now have 17 guaranteed admission pathways into the University of Florida?
More than 70 percent of SF’s Associate in Arts graduates transfer to UF, more than all 27 Florida College System institutions combined. The UF@SF Center is key to this benchmark.
Located on SF’s Northwest Campus, the UF@SF Center connects Santa Fe College students with advisors at the University of Florida who specialize in transfer requirements for specific UF majors. This helps ensure students get the most current transfer information quickly and efficiently.
“We frequently hear directly from UF advisors,” Julie Crosby, UF@SF Center Coordinator said, “that students who seek out transfer advising are much better prepared when they apply to UF, which increases their success at acceptance for transfer admission. More students are accepted for transfer to UF from Santa Fe College than from any other state college in Florida.”
