Stress Reduction Meditation Workshops

Dr. Greg Jones is hosting weekly stress reduction meditation workshops for all students, faculty and staff. These free, 45-minute workshops are offered at 9 a.m. and noon on Fridays in the Library (Y-123).

This type of meditation aids in reducing the stress from daily obstacles such as demanding schedules, relationships, test anxiety, class grades, and more! Stop by when it’s convenient for you and learn to live stress-free.
