Professor Greg Jones will continue offering meditation instruction workshops weekly this summer on Friday mornings at 11 a.m. in the Library in room Y-123. Workshops are free and are open to everyone in the Santa Fe community (students, faculty and staff).
Greg will teach basic meditation types commonly “prescribed” to enhance overall mental and physical wellness. Meditation has been proven to help reduce stress and promote greater “brain power.”
“These meditation techniques are easy to learn and one can gain benefit by practicing just minutes a day. So come by and try!” Greg writes.
