Living and Learning Workshop on Reducing Test Anxiety

February 20, 2018 – Living and Learning Workshops give Santa Fe College students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves to gain insight on the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.

This week’s workshop will be presented by SF Counseling Center’s Steve Vutsinas on the topic of “Reducing Test Anxiety.”

Students who struggle with test anxiety are welcomed to this interactive workshop that will explore the causes and symptoms, as well as examine stress reduction strategies.

The workshop will be held Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 227.
