October 3, 2018 – The Santa Fe College wellness team invites SF students, faculty and staff to join them every Monday morning in the month of October for the Monday Morning Mile.
Just meet at the Lawrence W. Tyree library at 9 a.m. each Monday for a wellness walk around the Northwest Campus.
Being physically active is important to long-term good health, and walking is one of the easiest ways to get started on an active lifestyle. Studies show that walking can help prevent Type 2 diabetes, reduce blood pressure, improve your mood and burn calories.
So join your fellow SF wellness walkers each Monday. The next walk is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 8, 2018. See you there!
