November 11, 2023 – Run with the Cops, “An Evening of Jazz” and First Gen Day were a few notable Santa Fe College happenings over the past week. Here’s some SF news you might have missed:
- STEAM Fest! thrilled guests Nov. 6-8: The Perry Center for Emerging Technologies hosted three evenings of creativity, innovation and research.
- First Gen Day took place Nov. 8. SF celebrated First Gen college students as well as faculty and staff who are first-generation graduates.
- Run with the Cops returned Nov. 9. Guests ran, walked and rolled along the track next to law enforcement officers from local agencies.
- The SF Jazz Ensemble and SF Jazz Combo performed on Nov. 9. “An Evening of Jazz” featured “Splanky,” “Minnie the Moocher” and other classic selections.
- Santa Fe College was named a Military Times 2023 Best for Vets College. SF is the highest rated school in the Florida College System this year.
