February 28, 2024 – Yesterday was a long day for the Saints. They traveled to Tifton, Georgia to play the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Stallions. Earlier this season, the Saints beat the Stallions 6-5 in a 10-inning game at home. Spectators were in for another marathon.
Both teams started strong, matching each other run for run. The game ended on a wild pitch that brought in the winning run for the Stallions. The final score, 5-4.
The 12-8 Saints return home Thursday, Feb. 29 to host the Indian River State College Pioneers. Game time is set for 2:30 p.m.
