April 22, 2024 – Last Saturday, the Saints journeyed to Fort Pierce to face the fourth-ranked team in the nation, the Indian River State College Pioneers. Indian River has suffered only six losses this year, one of which was against the Saints on March 24 when they split a doubleheader.
Saturday’s doubleheader was a closely-contested duel that saw the Pioneers edge out the Saints in both games 2-1 and 1-0.
The Saints travel to take on the Hillsborough Community College Hawks on Tuesday, April 23.
